Delivery Policy

When the customer places an order for a product via the Internet, the product will be delivered electronically via an Email having download link on the success confirmation page as well as in a download link contained within the email sent to customer. All orders are processed upon receipt of the payments.

The email will be sent to the email address that was provided by the customer in the order form. Customers are responsible for providing a correct, accessible and active email account to which the email confirmation will be sent. McCoy as a company is not responsible for non-delivery of the email due to incorrect email addresses, or inactive or inaccessible email accounts.
